Hey I'm Pat Searson... A Rugby Player who is loves to make other players become beasts and make higher teams.

Personally I was able to go from 4th grade to 1st grade in One off-season following The Super Player Program without doing extra fitness sessions, only the gym, mobility and sprints.

RDC Programs have now helped 2000 players become stronger fitter and faster. I built RDC because I was sick of the normal rugby training not converting to the field.

Its helped guys like Matty Gonz go from club rugby to playing for Aus.

Why should I do RDC over my club program or school

I'm not going to convince you to do that, if you feel it's not getting you the results you want though, if it's not updating at least every 4 weeks, if you want the edge over your competition, then you need to check out how good our results are.

Why are the RDC programs priced the way they are?

It's made to draw in the people who are most keen. I don't want every single person to be able to do them because then they will not value it as highly. If you are struggling for money then talk to Pat, maybe he can workout a deal for you. There are 15 year olds who pay for it by mowing lawns of his neighbours to pay for it. That is the attitude you can have

Maximum Muscle Program or The Super Player Program?

Maximum muscle program will help you put on mass quick, it goes for 12 weeks and is more volume then the super player program and the nutrition is different to allow you to put on mass

The super player program is the main program to help players be specifically the Strongest, Fastest and Fittest they have ever been on the field.
