What you need to be fit on the field

Sprint Technique & Speed

Most Rugby players run shockingly...

They have terrible sprint technique which converts into slow acceleration and slow wasting energy on the field.

We fix your sprint technique with drills and make sure you're as fast as possible with your sprinting

High Speed Running & Long Distance engine

Playing 15s is a mixture of long distance slower fitness and short sharp high speed running.


You need to be good at both which is why we will make you very good at both in short sharp sessions thats made to go long side your club or team running program.

Wrestling

Fitness is not just about running. If your skills, suck especially tackling you're going to be gassing out very quickly on the field.

Patrick Searson - Aka Me

Got into strength & conditioning at 18 because I wanted to make myself into the best possible rugby player I could.


I did okay, I played Shute shield first grade as a number 7 which is pretty epic because I'm only 175cm and not a big frame. I got my self super strong, fit and fast which allowed me to compete.

I have gone on to actually help over 10,000 athletes with fitness, strength and speed programming. I also help many rugby league club and union clubs develop their juniors.

Matty Gonz - Aka Gonzo

Trained with me for 5 years to gain 12kg of muscle while actually improving his speed before playing Aussie 7s for 5 years. He played in the olympics, and won the 7s title.

He helped set this program up with the best speed and high speed conditioning work to make sure you're super fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have to do 3 days per week?

We recommend 3 days a week for best results if you really need to be fast and fit but if you're trying to gain size in the gym you're better off only picking two sessions.

Does this suit juniors?

Kids can do this too and teams, there are 3 levels so it can suit all ages

Can touch players use this?

Yes, Touch footy, oz tag, anywhere you have to do short fast high speed running this will work amazingly for.

Will it increase my bronco?

Yes, it's not the main goal but your bronco time will get faster.

Do you provide any help with this program?

Yes, we have set up a community you can ask Gonzo and Pat questions for your speed work and any other questions.
