The Program goes for 9-12 weeks, It's split up into 3 different programs that get harder as you go.

The Program has 3 levels so anyone can do it but it's still hard for everyone.

The program Has 3 days each week but if you can only do 2 that is acceptable.

Do you have to do 3 days per week?

We recommend 3 days a week for best results if you really need to be fast and fit but if you're trying to gain size in the gym you're better off only picking two sessions.

Does this suit juniors?

Kids can do this too and teams, there are 3 levels so it can suit all ages

Can touch players use this?

Yes, Touch footy, oz tag, anywhere you have to do short fast high speed running this will work amazingly for.

Will it increase my bronco?

Yes, it's not the main goal but your bronco time will get faster.

Do you provide any help with this program?
